Greetings. This comment, made during airstrikes against Iran, is not about the wonderful people of Pakistan - whom I have frequently praised in interviews with Pakistani journalists - nor is it derogatory toward anyone, unlike the language used by those who attack me. The affiliations of many of these attackers are clear: they are individuals who have traditionally aligned themselves with US allies in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, and who routinely insult Iran. Yet governments across the region hold a view of Trump that diverges sharply from Iran's. When our children and leaders were attacked and killed with the help of neighboring countries in the Persian Gulf, most regional governments offered no condemnation. Despite the ongoing genocide in Gaza, many of these same governments - even while condemning the Zionist regime - openly call Trump and the US regime friends. When Yemen stood with Gaza, most governments did not support Yemen, owing to the influence of the Saudi and UAE regimes. This is not something any regional leader would deny or conceal; these are open policies. The Iranian government, in contrast, sees Trump as an irredeemable evil enemy who must be defeated, and considers any conciliatory behavior from the Iranian state as unjustified. These differing state-level perspectives, however, say nothing about the views of the people themselves, nor do they reflect the realities of state-to-state relations. The empire seeks to divide us. It will fail.
@s_m_marandi People of Pakistan and Iran were brothers, are brothers, and will remain so, irrespective of the circumstances. Same is the case with Turkey. All three countries may have broad differences but are joined at the hip.
"Anyone who criticizes Israel is our enemy."
We will track you with Google, we will find your vulnerabilities. We will get you fired; if you have a business, we will bankrupt you.
This is Zionism!
Dr. Daniel Abdul Rahman McBride's journey to Islam is a powerful story of questioning, research and conviction.
Raised as a Catholic in rural New York, he began questioning religious teachings from a young age. As he grew older, he struggled to understand the concept of Jesus being God's Son and the idea of worshipping him.
His search took a new direction after reading Malcolm X's autobiography. Inspired by Malcolm X's transformation, he decided to explore Islam for himself. A non-Muslim friend later gave him an English translation of the Quran. He contacted a local mosque to confirm whether the translation accurately represented Islamic beliefs.
When the Imam confirmed that it did, Dr. McBride made his decision: if this was truly what Muslims believed, he wanted to follow it. He embraced Islam, learned how to perform ablution, and began offering the five daily prayers.
A doctor for around three decades, he now focuses primarily on mental health, autism and brain trauma. Through his study of the Quran, he says he was deeply impressed by what he viewed as its remarkable insights into human nature and science.
He also reflects on the Quranic mention of the "forelock" in Surah Al-Alaq, connecting it with the role of the prefrontal cortex in human decision-making and behaviour.
Among the great figures of Islamic history, Khadijah (R.A.) particularly inspired him. He admired her strength as a successful businesswoman, devoted mother and steadfast supporter of Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.).
His message to non-Muslims is simple: Set aside prejudice, read the Quran and authentic Hadith for yourself and seek the truth with an open mind. He believes the Quran offers humanity a clear distinction between right and wrong and calls people toward the worship of one just and merciful God.
🇦🇪🇮🇷 The country Iran hit hardest is the one now quietly reopening the door to it.
The UAE took nearly 3,000 missiles and drones, more than any U.S. ally in the region. They answered with the most hawkish stance in the Gulf.
Then it flipped. Iranian flights are back at Dubai. Dhows are sailing to Iranian ports again. 20k Iranian residents are being let home.
But the same government is doubling down the other way: Israel's embassy in Abu Dhabi has doubled in size, Israeli defence firms are now based there permanently, and the U.S. just made it easier for the UAE to buy American weapons and AI chips as a war reward.
Détente with the enemy, deeper integration with the enemy's enemies. At the same time, on purpose.
One Emirati put it like this: hawkishness was phase one, then we showed pragmatism. We don't stick to decisions; we fine-tune.
They're now talking about burying the oil pipelines and the AI data centres, and floating a canal to the Indian Ocean to escape Hormuz entirely.

🚨 BREAKING NEWS: They Told us
it Was a “Conspiracy Theory.” 🚨
Now the microscope footage is out.
Billions of graphene oxide nanoparticles.
Self-assembling structures.
Found inside the COVID shots.
Not one country.
Multiple independent labs.
Same results.
The question that should terrify
every single person who took the jab:
If this was never on the ingredient list…
what else was never disclosed?

How many more “debunked” claims

I’m glad that ABC is admitting that the toxic chemicals in your sunscreen are dangerous and cause cancer.
Everyone I know who has skin cancer wore them. 😬😭
Do you still put this on your kids?😭🤣🤯
Long before modern science explored the remarkable world of bees, the Qur'an directed attention to their extraordinary purpose. Allah inspired the honeybee to make its homes in the mountains, among the trees and in the hives built by people.
A Stanford psychiatrist says modern anxiety isn’t always caused by danger.
It’s caused by small habits that make your body feel threatened when nothing is wrong.
6 daily habits that quietly teach your nervous system to panic:
1/ Reaching for your phone the moment you feel uncomfortable.
7. Practice "pause and choose."
Between every stimulus and your response, there's a gap.
Most people skip it and react automatically.
Pause for 3 seconds. Choose your response.
You stop training your nervous system to live in reactivity.
5. Audit your nervous system inputs.
Screens. News. Social media. Draining conversations.
Each one trains your nervous system to scan for threat.
Your inputs aren't neutral — they either calm you or recruit your stress response.
Cut the ones that don't pay rent.
Everyone knows you should "just meditate" to lower cortisol.
But most people don't know these 8 unconventional yet powerful tips to lower cortisol: 🧵
1. Hum for 60 seconds
