Was about to ask for email confirmation that a refund would be forthcoming but was cut off mid sentence.

Went back and had to start again - another hour. Was promised a call back straight away. An hour later I rang customer service to chase. Told me a replacement had been despatched (hurrah)

@Swinton_Lions I'm a bit distant so prob shouldn't have an opinion, but my late wife was s life long Swinton supporter and feel that she would have supported this. Swinton are a family, and I'm sure Stuart coaches the way he played, full throttle and honest. I'm glad he's being given a chance.
