If you want success in trading, then treat it as a real business,
1:Keep records.
2: Research your strategies and trading methodologies.
3: Have a trading plan/ business plan.
4: Maintain working capital, revenue, capital gains.
5: Pay yourself.

Advice to young traders…!! Instead of focusing on becoming trading gurus and mentors, focus on improving your skills as a trader. Most importantly risk as much as you can you still have plenty of time to recover the loss.
Write down one thing that you truly want in life!! Desire it & write a plan to get it….commit to the plan and never stop at any point unless you have achieved what you want.
I find reading to be the most productive way to waste time…imagine all the knowledge thats out there waiting for you…imagine dying without reaching your true potential.
