@harriet76543 @NissanUK O ok well my thermostat housing went nearly causing a engine failure common issue apparently and only done 31000 and that’s when they normally fail but Nissan not recalling the cars so making customers pay for the repair.

@NissanUK absolutely shocking that you as a business know that thermostat housing are failing on NIssan Qashqai 2019-2021 models and you are not recalling any vehicles so I have had to pay out over £255 not acceptable and your not gonna reimburse me shocking service.
