@NS_online There’s also something wrong with your communication and coordination with people in the ground, technical, IT i mean everything! We are paying for rotten service. Too bad Netherlands don’t have any other option coz its the only train that offers a bad service

@NS_online@NS_online im so sorry also for that you are not even aware what is going on with your services. I thought before hand you must be the first one to know why train aren’t running it’s normal route? From the app to what the spoor board is posting is not all the same they dont synch
And again and again never ending problems, traveling with @NS_online never gets better. Always working working working somewhere else but I don’t see change, rather they are are getting expensive. The service don’t compensate the amount of money you pay!

Omg! This is major disaster for @NS_online. Really disappointing we are on our way to Amsterdam we are stuck in the middle of nowhere and the they just announce we can’t push through Amsterdam, and we have to head back to Utrecht! Even their app its not real time. #fail
