@HalifaxBank tried to pay money in branch - should take 1 min. Machine broke - 2 staff (combined 20 mins) a locked branch (inconvenience) and it taking 20 mins of my time before telling me I could use the post office 🤦🏻nearly an hour lost time for a 1 min job #halifaxefficiency
