Alannah is a Bristol Bay native and the Executive Director of the United Tribes of Bristol Bay.
Yesterday, Alannah introduced President Biden as he celebrated the Administration’s recent action to protect the headwaters of Alaska’s Bristol Bay.
Bristol Bay's fish runs supply half of the world's wild sockeye salmon, supporting 15,000 jobs.
We listened to scientists, Tribal leaders, and fishers who rely on the bay and want to protect it from toxic waste.
If we take care of a resource like this, it can go on forever.
🚨This is the line at UW Eau Claire for the SPRING Wisconsin Supreme Court election. I never saw a line like this here in 2022!!!!!

Here at UW-Madison, students have three more minutes to get in line to #EarlyVote … but if they stay in line, they can vote! Here’s the scene at the Memorial Union now:
"We kind of run out of words to describe what [Trump] is doing and of course it's disgusting but it's much worse than that. It is a fundamental betrayal of the country and it is dangerous" - @SykesCharlie w/ @NicolleDWallace
"It has all gone too far," Georgia election official @GabrielSterling said while addressing threats against election workers.
"Mr. President, you have not condemned this language or these actions. Senators, you have not condemned this language or these actions." #gapol

Educators, we know that we must elect @JoeBIden and @KamalaHarris. We will not consent or concede to anything that threatens our democratic rights. Thank you to @DrBiden, @rweingarten, and every educator that joined us for this afternoon’s Day of Action! Let’s get to work!
