Johnstown Residents can come to the Johnstown Cemetery (north of Hwy60 on CR13) to fill sandbags if they are needed. Many homes in Johnstown have been hit with localized flooding and sandbags are a good initial barrier to in-home flooding.

FRFR has been active in addressing a fire at WCR 13 and WCR 50. Due to access challenges, the fire has continued to smolder and emit smoke and odors. Weld Cty Enviro Health was requested to the scene. As of 2:30 p.m. this afternoon, most of the smoldering fire has been mitigated.

A detour is advised for those who are traveling on HWY 60 east of Parish Ave. Public Works crews are currently investigating and working to repair a water main break in the Kuner Ave area.

Plow Crews have been out since 4am working to clear main and arterial roads. They will continue to be out on the road throughout your commute. 2-5 inches of snow estimated. Drive cautiously this AM and leave plenty of space between you, the plow, and other vehicles.
