I am on a similar track with this. The more cases from the Deep Blue bastions and their mental Gymnastics would help SCOTUS craft language for the holding to ensure to the extent possible, that they stonewall all of whacky rulings. Then take a 9th circuit case and smack the 9th around a bit. LOL

In your video, you referenced a judge’s standing order invoking habeas corpus protections for illegal Aliens.

In NYSRPA v. Bruen, the Supreme Court held: “When the Second Amendment’s plain text covers an individual’s conduct, the Constitution presumptively protects that conduct. The government must then justify its regulation by demonstrating that it is consistent with the Nation’s historical tradition of firearm regulation” (597 U.S. 1, 24 (2022)).

If lower courts faithfully applied this standard, wouldn’t all challenges to firearms regulations warrant an immediate preliminary injunction, given the presumption of constitutional protection absent historical justification?

Urge House GOP to include HPA & SHORT Act in the reconciliation bill! Remove suppressors, SBRs, SBSs, & AOWs! It's long passed due to remove these from the NFA!
