@Sacco2nk can't you exercise professionalism? Can you give just a single number where clients can channel their grievances? Why should Nakuru's office tell us to call nyeri office and nyeri tell us to call Nairobi while Nairobi office sends us to Nakuru office? Is it ok

@Sacco2nk now that it's 8.23 pm. Do we sleep knowing that the parcel is in Nakuru, Nairobi or nyeri? When do you want my daughter to report back to school in kericho. Who is going to compensate us for the lost airtime since I have been calling different numbers for 4 hours ?

@Sacco2nk by the time I am writing an attendant at the Nakuru office who requested for 5 minutes to call me back to confirm whether the parcel was there had not called and was not picking my calls. The parcel contains school uniform and my daughter is a border in kericho.

@Sacco2nk my daughter left the office and 1 hour later she received a message that the parcel had arrived. I called the Nakuru office 10 times just to confirm that the message had originated from the Nakuru office but no one was picking my calls.

@Sacco2nk I called the Nakuru office and they said that the parcel had arrived. I asked my daughter who is the recipient to go for the collection. While at the Nakuru office at 6.30 pm on Monday she was told that the parcel would arrive on Tuesday morning.

@Sacco2nk my parcel 175189 was to be sent to Nakuru. Nakuru's office said that they have not seen the parcel and we should call the nyeri office. The nyeri office said that the parcel was instead sent to Nairobi. The Nairobi office said that the parcel was sent to Nakuru.

@Sacco2nk Kindly 2nK sacco. Was it a crime for my family to use your parcel services ? I regret. I am very sorry if at all it's a crime to use your parcel services. On Sunday my daughter sent a parcel to Nakuru via parcel number 175189. Come Monday I called over 100 .
