@GadSaad He must've not seen the pamphlets they handed out. If he had he would have learned that rape is wrong. But since he didn't get the pamphlet he thought it was ok.
Terrible opinion.
The language that decided U.S. v. Harvard does not exist.
Nothing in Title VI says a violation must continue after the government gives notice. Judge Stearns added that requirement and turned two years of violations into a four-page amnesty.
Let me explain🧵
@hayleycaronia@RealBrittHughes I don't get why everyone is saying groceries are much more expensive. I am spending about ~$10 or so more than last year for a family of 4. Maybe if someone eats out a lot that stuff got more expensive due to imports (tariffs) then I guess. But my food isn't much more expensive
@RealBrittHughes That's just not true though. I can make my own burrito for less $2. In fact I made a pound of ground beef that made 9 burritos with all the ingredients it came out to $17.43. all stuff I got from trader Joe's last week.
@emperorthesteve@_JeanLannes And how do you propose we do that?
...govt subsidies, handouts, regulations? artificiality forcing the market down? The best mechanism is deregulation and privatizing as much as possible.
@ados_strong@Gothamist Well then I don't know why I should care about your opinion.
Holocaust survivors are actually survivors of hell. Black people today weren't ever slaves. Giving just 12 mil to us citizens who are Holocaust survivors is not the issue. Please show me evidence that 12 mil would help
@ados_strong@Gothamist Personally I don't believe reparations would lift any minority socioeconomically. Money infused into a society that does not prioritize education and academics would not do much for SES.
I've not seen evidence broad scale that money flowing into black communities raises them up
@ados_strong@Gothamist I'm not white.
If you're just gonna throw ad hominems at me instead of treating me with respect, I will not engage with you sir.
