@AmericanAir Here’s another thought that, as a constant traveler, I think everyone would appreciate. What is the rest of that update? Why is the plane sitting and not taking off? When is it leaving? These things would help tremendously to know. Instead of just nothing.
@AmericanAir just keeping you in the loop. I know how much customer service means to you. I’m now at 19 consecutive trips with a delayed or cancelled flight. NINETEEN! What’s the record? Do I get a prize if I break it?
@AmericanAir Can you tell me if 2548 has taken off from DFW? Your app says both awaiting takeoff and departed. Which seems like a bug you guys could work on fixing. But one thing at a time.
@AmericanAir I have now had flights delayed or cancelled on 9. NINE consecutive trips. . (Some. Like my current one. With zero explanation as to why). Been a loyal customer for almost 20 years. I have no idea why. You clearly have no intention of improving.

If an airline put customer experience anywhere in the top 10 of their priorities they would standalone. But alas,they don’t
@AmericanAir I am not rest assured. You are most assuredly NOT doing everything you can. I’m currently still trying to get a refund for my flight last week that you cancelled the day before it left, and then offered to get me to my destination 2 days later. That’s not doing everything.
@AmericanAir This is your canned response. You want to switch to DM’s so it’s not openly written when you inevitably tell me that you are going to do absolutely nothing about it. Honestly it’s on me at this point for assuming your leadership team has any interest in fixing the issues.
