Slice 1/2 a head of garlic
Sauté in garlic until golden but not burnt
Add 1c pasta water, 1 tsp kosher salt, pinch of red pepper flake
Reduce for 15 min
Chop 1/2c of parsley
Add spaghetti
Grate a 2/3c of Parmesan cheese
Add to reduced sauce
