Key Updates to remind everyone:

1. less $VTHO Issuance will be dynamic correlated to total $VET Staking - starting from 38% only as now
2. Delegator (node NFT holders) plays the actual role in protocol level and earn rewards directly
3. No more $VTHO distributed to passive holders - Rewards only go to validators and delegators
4. Validator Staking will be enlarged from 25m $VET fixed to be 25m as minimum but up to 600m $VET
5. StarGate 2.0 will launch right after for both Validators and Delegators easy operations
