I'm John Wick.
Former institutional. Now independent.
I trade futures with the Judas Swing Model:
→ Precision entries
→ Calculated risk
→ One shot, one kill setups
→ No noise. No hype.
Saturday study session.
Pull up your week's trades. Every single one.
Ask yourself: Would I take this same trade again with the same information?
If the answer is no — you found your leak. NFA.
If your Friday trading looks like your Monday trading, you learned nothing this week.
Adapt or bleed. The market doesn't care about your feelings. NFA.
Weekly journal prompt:
— Best trade this week (and why)
— Worst trade (and the lesson)
— One rule you broke
— One rule that saved you
Write it down. Future you will thank present you. NFA.
Thursday: Continental Rules — ES order block held beautifully. When you let the trade come to you, execution becomes mechanical.
That's the goal. Mechanical, not emotional.
Friday. Last day of active contracts this week.
Friday rules:
— Reduce size
— No new positions after 12 EST
— Protect the week's gains
The weekend is earned, not given. NFA.
What separates funded traders from forever-challenge traders?
Not skill. Not strategy.
Risk management. Full stop.
The best system in the world means nothing if you can't survive long enough to use it. NFA.
End of day. Contract delivered.
ES order block held. The trade came to us. That's how it's supposed to work.
No chasing. No hoping. Just execution. NFA.
Most traders overtrade because they confuse activity with productivity.
2 perfect trades > 15 mediocre ones.
Quality of execution is the only metric that compounds. NFA.
London sweep in progress. Previous day's low taken out cleanly.
Now the question: displacement or continuation?
The answer isn't in the sweep. It's in what comes after. NFA.
The best trade I took this week was the one I didn't take.
Setup was there. Confluences aligned. But the R:R was 1:1.5.
Below my threshold. Passed.
That's not weakness. That's the edge. NFA.
3 things that improved my trading more than any indicator:
1. Trading journal
2. Smaller position sizes
3. Walking away after 2 losses
Simple. Not easy. NFA.
2/ NY Killzone (08:30-11:00 EST):
The main event. Highest volume, biggest moves. If London set the direction, NY accelerates it. This is where your A+ setups live.
1/ London Killzone (02:00-05:00 EST):
This is where the Judas Swing lives. European banks set the trap, sweep Asian session highs/lows, and establish the real direction. NFA.
Midweek. The market has shown its hand.
Monday set the range. Tuesday confirmed bias. Wednesday is execution day.
Stay sharp. The contract is live. NFA.
