@Case_The_Fox@WestHam And no belt! Did they drag him off the street. Clearly he had no idea he was going to be handing out a prestigious award at a prestigious awards ceremony!
@floschechter Well you did accuse your landlord of stealing from you. Do you think landlords are immune from interest rate rises and inflation! Genuine question!
@WestHamDiscuss @europacnfleague We’ve just had the email saying that we didn’t get tickets. The email should have said that no one is getting tickets because the stadium only holds half a dozen people!
@madison_tayt I’ve been to restaurants in the states where the wait staff are all smiles and “have a nice day”, until you have the nerve to complain about something. Service should be exceptional for a 20% tip, and not a load of fake niceness. You want 20% tip? Earn it, don’t expect it.
@_samhowell@WestHam_Central He and the team have had my support. I go to every home game. But we’ve been going downhill since last January and I see nothing changing. In tactics, personnel or style of play. We keep doing the same thing and getting the same result, which says he doesn’t know how to solve it.
@Anniversary@Nigel_Farage Lara with her 🇬🇧 is just the kind of person that believes Farage’s twisted information. The civil servants going on strike are the ones that work in job centres, benefits, driving test examiners, etc. Not the actual people that work in Whitehall. Fooled again!
@Nigel_Farage These are the civil servants that man the borders, take the driving tests, work in job centres, etc. etc., right! You know that….right? Of course you do! Farage doing what Farage does. Twisting information to suit his own message! 🤡
@MarkWebb9898@xtinexoop@TimMothOfficial @chriscurtis94 That’s it in a nutshell. Anyone who thinks the tories are friends of private landlords don’t have a clue. And if they decide to do away with section 21, we wont even be able to get out of a business where we have to pay more tax than we make in profit.
@ra_tigger @pdbsba @chriscurtis94 My god! Really? Gone from average 2% to 6% in space of 1 or 2 weeks. If you’re on interest only your mortgage has trebled.
@adamscoffield@pdbsba @chriscurtis94 And how do you know that?Have you seen increase in mortgages?Do you know whether he’s just come off fixed rate of 2% and had to remortgage at 6%.Do you know that he can’t claim mortgage interest against tax so he could be paying more tax than he makes in profit?
@nexdude @ChrisHowellACA Tax system for private landlords is f**ked up. I’ve had a 5 yr fix at 2%. When I have to renew in 6 months at 6% I will pay more in tax than I make in profit because I can’t claim mortgage interest as an expense anymore. No wonder the rents have to rise.
