Given that what the law chooses to record in this instance will be informed by the same studies I'd rather they skip the middleman.

@ka8895 My guy your argument that nothing happens until it's legally recognised to have happened is bizarre.

She died in 2013 and it took until 2020 to get the contributing factor of air pollution recognised. What the law gets around to recognising is not a great mirror of reality.
