In the New Yorker podcast, Heidi Blake, talks to PC Nicholas Milbank. PC Milbank told Heidi that a 999 call had come from the farmhouse at 06.09am. This obviously meant Sheila was still alive well after Jeremy had supposedly shot her. This in turn means she was responsible for the murders. Below is the scene log written by Essex Police. Clearly at 07.40am a woman was in the kitchen. Essex Police tried to pass this off as a mistake. Essex Police are suppressing the truth. Jeremy Bamber is innocent.

DS Davidson told the New Yorker that DI Ron Cook had re-staged the crime scene prior to the crime scene photographs being taken. Cook is involved with the fabricated silencer evidence also. Jeremy Bamber is innocent. 39 years of deception.

Later, the silencer was returned to the forensics lab, and scientists noticed a piece of tape covered with paint flakes stuck to the barrel. They were told that Cook had placed it there to protect the silencer during his fingerprint tests. Nine layers of paint were then removed from the silencer’s knurled end, containing not only red but also blue, green, white, and gray flakes, all of which matched those recovered from the hearth. Yet the records of the earlier laboratory examination make no mention of any flakes of multicolored paint.

Since 2004, the CCRC have been looking at submissions made by Jeremy for over 11 years. They haven’t referred his case back to the CoA. It took Heidi Blake just 8 months to effectively exonerate Jeremy. The CCRC does not investigate potential MoJ cases properly. Helen Pitcher must resign and reform enacted immediately. Whatever the abilities (in some cases lack of) of the new peers, this never ending cycle of appointments to the House of Lords for each side to try to rebalance is beyond a joke. We are a 21st century country with 19th century politics inbuilt into the system. The only reason a progressive minded person should take a peerage is to do all they can to get rid of the Lords. We need a total overhaul of our constitution, and the way politics is done. Politics is not working and won’t work again until we admit that the systems we complacently take for granted are among the reasons so many people feel alienated from the whole bloody thing.

The silencer evidence was the key to Jeremy’s conviction in 1986. Since the trial, a mass of evidence has emerged to undermine the key Prosecution exhibit. Let’s have a look at some of the key findings.

- 3 Chief medical officers in the U.S, state the wounds to Sheila are not consistent with her being shot with the silencer attached.
- Philip Boyce has conducted experiments proving the silencer wasn’t on the gun when Sheila was shot
- Robert and David Boutflour’s blood groups were found in the silencer - this was withheld from the jury - Robert had an exact match to Sheila’s blood group
- No DNA of Sheila’s found in the silencer when tested
- David Boutflour admitted to the New Yorker that his DNA could be in the silencer - He didn’t give a DNA sample for testing
- Evidence that the family had found the silencer earlier than they had admitted to
- Poor chain of custody, with fresh contaminates appearing weeks after initial inspections by forensic scientists

This means the silencer evidence must be disregarded. It should never have been used in the 1986 trial as it was contaminated. Jeremy Bamber is innocent. 38 years of injustice.
