@LennoxAir Are there no internal transfer trucks to move parts? Why is the sticker for the new wiring schematic not included with the heat kit as well?
@LennoxAir my wife and three kids (+ a foster baby) and I have been without heat for two weeks. Lennox Parts Plus in Chesapeake, VA told the HVAC technician working on my unit that I had to be the one to purchase a heat kit and have it shipped to my house.
The Chesapeake store has none in stock & if we want heat before freezing temps return, WE will need to drive 45 min to Newport News to get one. @LennoxAir I’d love to see a company in the industry finally step up and do right by its customers and technicians, can you help?
