Paul was the eldest son of Jesse Mann Brand and Evelyn Brand, the Morning Stars of the Kolli Hills. When he lived with his sister in the dark hilly place, his mother told him, “Son, you are never alone. God is with you, taking care of you and protecting you.” These words of encouragement led Paul in Christ from his childhood. His first teacher was his mother.
He was always eager to accompany his parents in the ministry. He was obedient to his parents. By the great grace of the Lord, he went to London for his studies.
After studying medicine, he took up surgery and obtained a master’s degree in it. In due course, he took pity on the lepers in India and came to Tamil Nadu with his wife to wipe away their grief and heal them. He uplifted the lives of many in Tamil Nadu.
In the treatment of lepers in Tamil Nadu, he brought real improvement through his dedication and innovations. He had deep faith and dedication. He wrote several good books and received many laurels. He also served as the head of the International Leprosy Mission and strived for the betterment of lepers. Paul Brand was a historical achiever.

Wars will end one day, but the damage they cause never fully disappears.

People die, inflation sets in, prices rise, and the burden of debt increases. It is always the middle class that pays the price for everything—from the cost of groceries and fuel to the "invisible theft" of inflation eating away at their savings.
