Purchased a #samsung refrigerator in 2018 October, recently it stopped cooling and registered a complaint on Samsung helpline.
Their engineer visited and replaced a part of Rs 2500, but the problem doesn't resolved.

A 22% depreciation per year means they consider product life of less than 5 years.
And best thing that they are unable to repair their premium products with very small problems. This proves low quality standards of such #samsung company.

This is not the only case, before this I purchased #samsung refrigerator of Rs 38000, which got unrepairable as per the company in 2018.
This reflect that company is maintaining manufacturing standard of 3-4 year product life only and customer satisfaction is myth here.

After 8-9 calls of 1 hour each the service center replied that the refrigerator is not repairable, as one small connector got corroded.
They offered almost 2000 as the salvage of this 4 year old refrigerator(purchase cost 30000.
