Today’s #YaYaSexpo countdown question: Is it normal that my sex drive has changed as I’ve gotten older?
Yes! Your sex life will likely look and feel different at different stages of your life.
Instead, acknowledge changes and challenges and accept them with open arms. Just because you have a few more candles on your birthday cake doesnt mean you can’t continue having an amazing, satisfying sex life.
For a facilitated hush-hush convo. Find out more about Anabel and sign up for the conversation at https://t.co/z6GnBLbt5N! Link in bio.

On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the hardest (no pun intended), how hard is it for you to talk about sex? If you struggle to start a conversation about pleasure, desire, birth control, or something else sex-related, join psychotherapist Anabel Perez-Gonzalez on 9/25

Today’s #YaYaSexpo countdown question: How often should I be having sex?
This may not be what you want to hear, but there really is NO magic number. That’s right, there is no “normal” or “healthy” amount of sex you should be having.
Many of us think that if we reach that elusive perfect number our relationship will be successful. Every couple is unique and what works for one couple is not always going to work for another. Sex should always be about QUALITY over QUANTITY.
Ready to feel pleasure again? Chelsea Horton (@healing.embodied) will be hosting a masterclass on reclaiming your pleasure on 9/23 during the #YaYaSexpo. Find out more about Chelsea and sign up for the masterclass at https://t.co/z6GnBLbt5N! Link in bio.

Today’s #YaYaSexpo countdown question: Is porn an accurate depiction of sex?
Definitely not. Porn is a curated potrayal of sex that fails to capture the everyday fumbles, mishaps, and not so picture perfect moments that we all experience.
It is perfectly normal to watch porn for entertainment and excitement, but don’t look to it as education and try not to compare your sex to what you see on screen.
Pleasure is an art, but many of us don’t know how to access it. That’s where sex & relationships coach Alicia Fay (@aliciafay.coach) can help. Alicia will be facilitating a hush-hush conversation on 9/21 about the art of pleasure during the #YaYaSexpo.
Alicia will also facilitate a conversation on 9/23 all about orgasms - the struggle to reach it and how one can have sex that feels so damn good.
Find out more about her and reserve your spot for the conversations at https://t.co/z6GnBLbt5N! Link in bio.
Today’s #YaYaSexpo countdown question: Is it normal that I struggle to orgasm during sex with my partner?
It’s totally normal! Keep in mind that orgasm doesn’t have to be the end-all-be-all of sex with your partner.

(hint hint: find the clit!) and communicate with your partner about how you can both achieve orgasm.
