@Sortified I've neen told no by all experts I've asked. Instead have to reallocate the remaining work to be handled by a small core team whilst others furloughed.

@Hertz No and no. No human being has spoken to me since we arrived. I have a ticket from a machine and have to wait for my number on a screen. V Disappointing customer experience so far.
