Below is a tweet I made about cashcat liquidity 4 days before we launched @longdotxyz on RH(Notice I’ve been very consistent about my position on deeply liquid assets)

Consider this:

Every major capital allocator, whether it’s a liquid fund, listing team or sophisticated whale, takes liquidity depth very seriously.

Cashcat was an interesting example because it launched with relatively thin liquidity, but external LPs were able to step in and make the asset significantly more liquid.

In my opinion, this was a major reason it was able to attract so much capital and eventually secure a listing.

Assets on LONG are even better positioned by default.

The reason is simple. We don’t need to rely on external LPs.

Our liquidity design creates fully locked liquidity on both sides of the market, the token side and the NVDA, ETH or USDG side.

That is a superpower.

As I’ve said before, LONG is an incubator, not just a launcher.

Why is this important?

The whole idea behind stock pairing is that we want the asset to appreciate alongside the stock(when it grows)

Take the extreme example of a $40b stock “pair” with only $10k worth of stock in the LP. The stock can go 2x, but the market is still illiquid. It remains a musical chairs game.

Now look at $NVDA . Nice daily move today and a clear breakout above $200, a level it struggled with for a while.

For example It’s almost impossible to find periods where $AI wasn’t moving upward alongside NVDA. Usually with a premium

A new approach to creating long term alignment.

Over the last two weeks, we’ve experimented with different ways to support the LONG community.

Today, we are introducing a new approach where the growth and sustainability of the protocol flow back to the community and its long term believers.

We’ve just distributed more than $30,000 in USDG to the top 200 diamond hand holders.

Rewards were based on both position size and holding time, giving greater weight to those who continued to hold and support $AI over time.

We plan to expand the Diamond Hand Release to more holders and assets across LONG.

Full data will be posted on our Dune dashboard and with a new feature on the LONG app.

one major point of feedback I got from our community and @ArtificiallyInu is that many don't know the community mode also burns some AI + allocate equal portion to the vault.

wanted to make sure we are capturing this data on the @longdotxyz app now.

I also think we've only scratched the surface in terms of the level of custom programable RWA markets/primitives we can build around our top assets. Expect to see much more innovation coming super happy we have a good asset we can run the frontier pilot with at scale.

Major Milestone

LONG surpassed $100M in total @RobinhoodCrypto stock token volume within just two weeks.

LONG is also dominating market activity and capturing a significant share of the circulating supply across major stock tokens.

What’s next?

Tomorrow, we will launch The Diamond Release, introducing a new approach to alignment between LONG and its community.

The release is expected to go live at 3:00 PM ET, or earlier.

I want to follow up on the index expansion.

Three days ago, the total stock value in the community vault was $15K . Today, it has almost doubled.

And this will only keep growing.

At some point, it will be $100K, then $500K, then $1M, beyond the deep stock liquidity already held in the LP, which should grow even larger.

This is without even accounting for the potential appreciation of the AI growth stocks themselves(We actually timed the bottom on several of them almost perfectly)

But there is another important layer here.

The index expansion creates deeper alignment with long term holders. The upside belongs to token holders, who collectively control the vault and decide how to leverage the stock liquidity in all kinds of ways.

The goal was always to build antifragile assets that smart holders can relate to beyond pure memetics.

Assets backed by liquidity, ownership, fun community, and long term conviction.
