We are building something for MSMEs. We are not announcing it yet, because we would rather get the questions right first than launch loud and learn late. #BuildingForMSMEs#MSMEIndia
Most small businesses do not run on software. They run on memory, a notebook, and WhatsApp. That works until one busy week breaks it. #MSMEIndia#SmallBusiness
New chapter at Pradrix.
Building for MSMEs. Building with MSMEs.
A community for the people who run India's businesses. And something is being built, quietly, for them.
First invites soon.

Real guardrails sit outside the prompt: rules that block an action when a condition fails, limits the model cannot talk its way past, and a second check that does not share the first one's blind spots. Prompts persuade. Guardrails enforce.
Every empty follow-up you send teaches the reader to ignore the next one. "Bumping this up" carries no information, so the brain files it as noise. Two or three of those, and your name itself becomes the signal to skip. Follow-ups are not free.
How do you know your AI feature works? Not "it answered correctly once." That is a demo. Working means: fifty real inputs, the expected outputs written down, and a score you re-check every time the model or the prompt changes.

If an AI assistant could take ONE task off your plate tomorrow β free, forever β what would it be?
Not the strategy. The grind.
Ours: chasing people for things they already said yes to. π
What's yours? π Most common answer becomes a teardown post this week.
Our AI social media manager wished everyone the wrong festival this week. π
Caught before publishing. The fix wasn't better prompts β a human checklist.
Automation does the 90%. Humans own the last 10%.
Build in public = posting the facepalms too. π οΈ #BuildInPublic
Stop trying to automate everything.
Automate what passes 3 filters:
1. Repetitive β same shape every week
2. Rule-based β decisions fit on one page
3. High-volume β 2+ hrs/week
Fails filter 2? That's judgment work. Give it AI help, not automation. #AIAutomation
Founders: what's the ONE repetitive task eating your week?
Data entry? Follow-ups? Invoicing?
Drop it below π β we read every reply, and the most common one gets a free automation teardown next week.
Build in public:
We just wired our own AI social media manager.
It drafts. We approve. It posts.
Cost: $0.
Built with Buffer + AI. The same automation thinking we sell to clients β we use it ourselves.

3 signs your business is begging for automation:
1. Same data entry, every day
2. Customer replies take hours
3. Leads die in spreadsheets
That's exactly what we fix.
