As a South African resident in Canada, I applaud the US administration for presenting the evidence to the world. May the debate be vigorous and truthful. It is my hope all parties face the facts both current and past as South Africa does have a very traumatic history and is on a very dangerous path to becoming yet another disastrous failed African state. It is a beautiful country with great potential and wonderful people, with its resources position and potential it should be a Trillion dollar economy and the economic power house of Africa!! Crime graft corruption and State Capture have to be faced - the current ANC government has failed its people and enriched itself beyond belief!!

@RheumNow Are you sure that they do not communicate with joints, not all, some of them? US imaging does suggest some may connect with joints, especially the dorsal wrist (RL joint). Agree injection not always helpful unless smaller, fluid not too viscous. Fenestration may help!
