Every $10 in fees, a new user is born.
USERS turns its own creator fees into users. Each one takes a number, buys $5 of USERS, holds it for 20 minutes and sells. Then the next number is called.
Twenty minutes later it sells, and the sale goes to the dev. Its ticket gets stamped and the queue moves on.
The more USERS trades, the more fees come in and the faster the numbers are called. What the price does is up to the market.
Every user is a bot, and it says so. It gets its own pumpfun profile (users_0001, users_0002…) and posts a callout on USERS:
"I'm a bot. I hold USERS for 20 minutes, then I sell. Don't worry: a new user is born with the next $10 in fees."
Every trade on USERS pays a creator fee. pumpfun splits it on-chain: half to the dev, half to the users vault.
Every $10 in fees puts $5 in the vault, and a new wallet is born with it. User#1, then User#2, then User#3.
