May.....oh my what a lovely month you are! It's that time of year again where we gaze upon the boughs of wisteria tumbling over walls and windows. In its moment of glory, we forgive it for all the care and attention it needs to flourish! It's a plant that never disappoints.
It's nearly garden showtime. Love this lush garden created with sinuous seating, positioned beautifully amongst soft cushions of box, pittosporum, grasses and a sea of alliums. Created at Chelsea Flower Show 2007, can't remember the designer but shows good design is timeless.
It's meant to be spring but the temperature sure doesn't feel like it. Here's a warming view of gorgeous tulips strutting their stuff at @Clivedon. This swathe of planting is so inspiring; think of the gardeners who had to plant them all!
Nearly the weekend and hopefully we can spend some time sitting outside in the garden. Don't look at the weather forecast! We transformed fencing with pretty trellis covered with climbers, the perfect backdrop for these great chairs from @gardentrading
Small is beautiful in this bijoux courtyard garden we designed. A neutral colour palette keeps things fresh, cool and modern. A decorative wooden panel is lit up at night illuminating the millstone water feature at night. Bliss....#design#simplicity#garden
Great time today. Fantastic audiences for my talks. Looking forward to tomorrow, get here earlier and see as much as you can! Especially the incredible #YGOTY gardens created by student gardeners that are packed with great ideas for your #garden https://t.co/j8l7HEGKgQ
Good luck to all the students who have worked tirelessly all week to produce stunning garden designs to inspire the visitors to the @Ascot#SpringGardenShow which opens to the public tomorrow #YGOTY

Green looks so good when pared back with neutral coloured landscaping. Complementing and softening the space. This shot was at Chelsea Flower Show 2008, goes to show good design stands the test of time. Have you got your ticket yet? #gardendesign
I saw this man on my way to the gym earlier. He was full of joy because he’d just seen 2 women roller blading down @MoorSheffield.
He thought it was the best thing and told me “Emmeline Pankhurst will be doing cartwheels up there seeing all the marvellous things women do.” 🙌🏻
Think fresh! White is always calming, elegant and a classic in the garden. Team with green and you have the perfect combination. Our client loves spending time in her revamped cottage garden. Blooming marvellous! #springtime#aseasonalshift#emabracetheseason
