When someone has an anxiety disorder and panic attacks, taking medicine for it does NOT act the same in their system as it does for a normal person. ie: Adderall for ADHD, or valium for anxiety✌🏼 #teamhannah @hannahferrier_ #MentalHealthAwareness

I have taken them, and have never once gotten addicted. Actually went off them really easily to try a different medicine as it didn't stop my panic attacks and wasn't strong enough.

@chrissyatfubar @Outlander_Black @carabolling @hannahferrier_ Valium has a life of 4-6 hours. She took it in the middle of the night, giving it enough time to get out of her system to not cause her drowsiness during the day to attend to guests.
My guess? She would have not been able to do her job without it.

And might I add, that people probably don't really want to see us off our meds (instant or long term) because they actually balance us out! 🥴😏
