@PotteryBarnKids posts items on their website that aren’t in stock, doesn’t tell you, sends you the wrong item, and after you spend hours on the phone, they tell you that the item isn’t in stock and the onus is on you to return the wrong item, pay again for another item, and hope for a refund.
