@BandQ BEWARE! I placed a large order and items missing - no contact from seller and no response from complaint raised. Have spent more than 4 hours over last week stuck on hold and being asked asinine questions by advisors who KNOW they have to transfer me to another department

@BandQ yet stuck into yet another hold queue and having to answer all the same questions because your ‘contact seller’ button wants a drop down menu answer on a drop down that is blank 🙄 and seller is not responding HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

@UGGSince1974 less than 6 months wear and hole developed! They are worn as slippers in the house and other boot has gotten thin in same area! Awful quality! Previous boots that have been heavily worn and are 15+ years old are looking in better nick than these! And same size!!

@Oldboatie I only got my flu as no longer eligible for Covid as an unpaid carer and severe asthma I would fit this criteria but I’m in Scotland and they are still using the green book info requiring 2 courses of oral corticosteroid in previous 24 months 🙄

@_CatintheHat I got my flu jab back in sept and they gave me another covid booster at the same time I’m in at risk group for flu jab but wasn’t expecting another covid booster as I take inhaled and not oral steroids 🙄

@MoneySavingExp For the first time ever my renewal was cheaper than I paid last year and cheaper than I could get elsewhere when got docs thro they had changed a detail on my car (no idea how) phoned to correct it and got a refund of nearly £35!

@BulbUK I moved 5 Oct provided you with final reading and yet I’m being charged for energy through end of Nov! Opened 2 complaints to get ACCURATE final bill and still nothing done complaints havent even been opened apparently the bill is in dispute cause charged past date

@belastria I had to do one online at start of pandemic but the forms are so sensitive it tells you to go to Hosp and won’t let continue 🙄 so have to lie through to get it submitted still being told to do online but refused this year as it’s not fit for purpose and they have had plenty 1/2

@AmazonHelp Also want to make the point that your ‘Manager’ in chat Masarath ending chat while I was typing and ensuring I couldn’t copy what he said in the last blocks of text he sent is not exactly helpful to a dyslexic and dyspraxic individual who needs processing time! Seems ableist

@AmazonHelp why are you stealing my money?? I paid 2 weeks ago for an order to be paid today - delayed ask seller why - they haven’t been paid. Tried using chat and phone to solve this issue and nope no help asked for a complaint ref number but Amazon don’t use these apparently
