Updated my Dota Hero Board to 3.0.0 after many years

It has a SHITLOAD of new features, like
- import/export in-game hero grids
- automatic generation of stats-based tier lists
- also automatic generation of personalized grids
- items in hero grids
- custom portraits styles...
