Spend 1.5 hr on hold to book flight from airport for @AirCanada Book flex and confirm seats and then in the 30 mins it takes me to check in one of us in on standby ???? Now waiting another hour and can’t get a hold of anyone. This is crazy @AirCanada

@WestJet This is the second time it’s happened. We booked not even 24hrs ago, along with two dogs on the flight which is not easy to reschedule. The flight still shows the wrong plane on your website so how do I know if I book again and it’s the same thing ?

@WestJet I think it’s wrong that your bookings has one plane yet when we booked it has changed to the max 8 when we purposely chose a flight without it. On the booking it still shows the wrong plane and I feel this is to get people to book. Why is the booking site not accurate ?

@TELUSBusiness honestly worst service ever ! No reply to 12 emails and been transferred over 3 days to multiple calls and no one can help to cancel an existing order. Supposedly only way is through email which no one replies to of course. Will not be recommending for my business
