@airindiain I am a frequent traveller on Dubai-Kochi sector, mostly on budget airlines. Noticed that the travel is very comfortable on flights with less or no alcohol, especially for travellers who do not consume alcohol.

My question is why can't  you stock all the parts at least statewise. Your agent's contention that this is not fast moving part is not acceptable.(4/5)

The whole repair will take minimum of 8 days to complete. This is not the first time I am experiencing this with Harrier. In March2022 I was made to wait for another 8 days for replacement of another part.(3/5)

On diagnosis, they said the hand brake lever had to be changed. Unfortunately, they don't have spare one in the entire Kerala. Not even in South India. They have ordered it and be expect to reach on Monday,1st August2022.(2/5)
