Disgusted with the lack of care @forduk A 14 plate car, only driven 30,000 miles and the engine has failed. Nothing at all offered even though it is a known fault with these cars! Now they are refusing to reply to any further communication. I’m in absolute shock. Utter rudeness!!
@mmikitczuk1994@forduk Isn’t it just! Apparently they offer an ‘extensive goodwill program’ which is funny because it’s is far from what I’ve experienced! I can’t believe how they can treat people, they’re so rude too, it’s actually shocking!
