I was bought a coat at xmas but need a bigger size & can't find receipt as it was an xmas gift. I do have bank statement & all tags are still intact. It was bought in store & I'm being told basically I'm stuck with it without receipt! Please help

[Mrs Duckhouse @jojoplumbe]

@jlandpartners My husband bought a coat in store for xmas which was too small.
we cannot find the receipt now but do have proof of purchase on bank statement which we have produced with the card it was paid with.
we are being told that we cannot have an exchange for another size
