even then you don't get to impress. you either become the comic or pathetic relief.

everyday I force myself to do three deep breaths, not necessarily at any specific point of the day. and it is uncanny to see how my body completely rejects the idea. it's like I'm going into vigilant fight or flight mode. terrifying.
