Once upon a Twitter, this clown had a good crowd, including a few familiar faces I’m glad to see again.
I challenged everything Trudeau, particularly his COVID narrative, made a joke about him needing an iron lung, and landed in Twitter jail. So I took a break. Now the grin is back and the jokes are sharper.
If you remember me, say hello. If we haven’t met, welcome to the show. 🃏
Actually, I think that gives him too much cover. An insane man can plead insanity.
Carney strikes me as perfectly sane.
He’s just performing his own version of the “Big Lie”: repeat the story often enough, loudly enough, and hope reality eventually gets tired of objecting.
That was a dangerous propaganda technique in 1930s Germany. They didn’t even have the internet.
Carney does.
Welcome to the upgrade. 🃏
@RonSFriedman In Hungary mothers who have 3 kids or more are exempt from income tax for the rest of their lives. Even if working fulltime. I also like the way Peter Magyar and his predecessor gave the bird to the EU in terms of immigration.
If Carney’s “extreme tail risk” ever crawled out of his imagination and into reality, I would hold my breath for six seconds and wait for it to be over. Thirty seconds later, I would turn on CBC and watch a panel explain why losing in record time was actually a historic Canadian victory. 🃏
Here, let me fix it for you: more trade with Vietnam is good for Canada.
But please spare us any future speech about replacing the United States with a new middle power order.
In 2025, Vietnam traded about $209.5 billion USD in goods with the U.S. and $14.7 billion with Canada.
The numbers tell you who holds the Trump card. 🃏
“The post-war world is ending.”
Again, Mark?
In June 2025, the world was dangerous and divided. By September, it was a rupture. In October, the old order was already gone. Then came Davos, where the rupture got its own speech. Now he’s brought the world’s funeral to the UN.
Same warning. New podium. More applause.
At this point, the post-war world has had more farewell tours than KISS. The only thing that refuses to die is Carney’s script. 🃏

The OECD brought numbers to the poetry reading.
Since June, it raised its 2026 growth forecast for the world from 2.8% to 2.9% and for the U.S. from 2.0% to 2.2%. Canada went the other way: 1.2% down to 0.9%.
For 2027, the world edged down from 3.1% to 3.0%. The U.S. rose from 1.8% to 2.1%. Canada fell from 1.7% to 1.3%.
Beautiful words. Well written prose. Handshakes, backslaps and photographs of everyone looking terribly important. None of it puts money in Canadians’ pockets or makes this country more prosperous.
Get back to the negotiating table with the United States. Build more trade with Europe, too. We can do both without becoming part of either the U.S. or the EU.
Trade with both. Answer to neither. That is sovereignty.
How did we go from a drama teacher to a gaslighting “genius” and still end up watching the same show? If speeches were exports, we’d be the richest country on earth. 🃏

You wrote an entire erotic thriller about who got stopped in a UN hallway. I hope you gave yourself a Carney woody.
Handshakes, photo ops and Carney’s bullshit gaslighting about an American invasion don’t put money in Canadians’ pockets. Nobody pays the mortgage with “he owned the room.”
The OECD’s latest report raised its U.S. growth forecast for 2026 from 2.0% to 2.2%, and for 2027 from 1.8% to 2.1%. It cut Canada’s from 1.2% to 0.9%, and from 1.7% to 1.3%.
Congratulations on the hallway fan fiction. While you counted handshakes, America got the upgrade and Canada got fucked in the cloakroom. 🃏
