On @Delta 8353 from IST to CDG with my Amex Gold Skymiles card & still have to pay 60 euro to check bags. Why? Benefits clearly state FREE checked bags.

@KLM Thanks but your response is to file a claim which I already shared with you. A damaged bag from @KLM @Delta and you said you can only help if I have an original purchase receipt for the bag from Nov 2017? So unreasonable. Why can’t you take accountability for damages?

@Delta The email is actually from [email protected] - it seems unreasonable to not be able to help with damage without a original purchase receipt from Nov 2017 - really nothing you can do to help?
