@wellredwinemag The 'few pickled elements' isthe trickypart, as any 'vinegar'-esque flavour clashes with most bone dry white or red wines. I would go with an extra long barrel-aged dry Jura-style Chard, or a PinotNoir with Rs just slightly above 4g/L. Let us know what you decide 🙂

@JJ_Stellies Agree. Wouldn't it b rad if 'rad activists' could focus their energy (or even cleverly and quietly apply their Rhodes scholarship) to try and encourage positive change (whatever the cause), as opsd to upholding hate? History just can't be deleted, but new legacies can be left.
