Where did tou get your statistics from? So Nigeria is 32years or Democracy in Nigeria is 32years? You expect the south to write off all the years before 1999? Where most the leaders were from the North? All the achievements gained by the North before Democracy can never be compensated back to the south. So I dont think resetting the structure with another 4 years is not too much.
