@TNLUK any news on when the app will work , unable to load funds since you updated it , says pending transaction which there isn’t . Not worked for around 2 months now and unable to get through to you on the phone 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Hi @TNLUK still can’t get through in the phone another 20 mins on hold 🤦‍♀️can you give me any idea if anyone is trying to fix the app ? Hasn’t allowed funds to load since Jan when it updated . Giving up trying to ring I’m assuming everyone else is having the same issue .

@TNLUK morning any idea what the wait time to get through on the phone is . App still won’t let me upload funds , ongoing since the update . Phone lines busy on hold 50 mins last night already 15 mins this morning . Have not managed to get through in the last month 🤦‍♀️
