@EalingCustSer It should have been collected on Monday which is when our black bins were collected. I don’t really want to wait two weeks with our Christmas tree on our front path for our next collection. Is there any guarantee they will take it next time given they didn’t this time?!

@HM_Passport I submitted my daughters' passport applications 10 weeks ago. We travel in two weeks. I need to speak to someone about paying for the expedited service, but every time I call I get told the call volume is too high and get hung up on. Can you help?!
