I have taken the sim from karanataka long back. Now there is a reverification of my sim required. I have visited nearest vi store as currently in at Kerala. They are telling reverification possible from where the sim took. In my case karanataka is that true?

Closed without resolving it. It is mentioned that November 01st the gas got delivered. And as a customer iam telling that it is not yet delivered.
