The new paper is officially out!
We used scRNA-seq to investigate cell-level transcriptomic differences after virus infection in the mosquito midgut. The project was challenging but a lot of fun!

BREAKING 🚨: New paper published today in Nat Commun! https://t.co/W3Gh5t32zg
On it, we report the transfiguration of a split (sGD) into a full gene drive (fGD). This proof-of-concept allows safer research as sGD to then be easily converted into autonomous fGD.
