@Delta over 45 minutes waiting on luggage at the Atlanta airport, when the airport is not that busy is so unacceptable. Especially with airline prices what they are. Do better.
@lufthansa I was treated so rude by a gate agent in Frankfurt. I was actually discriminated against for being an American. I was made to check my carry on bag saying that it was too big, yet way bigger bags were allowed to board the plane. Absolutely unacceptable. Wrong.

@Delta I did NOT pay $800 for my ticket to fly the piece of junk @WestJet airplane that is so old and crappy and I can’t even pick a seat and they assign me a seat in the very back. This is unacceptable. You need to dump this partnership. Ridiculous.
@SouthwestAir your customer service needs a lot of help. You lose my bag and I am told at the baggage counter to scan the QR code and fill out the form while the woman locks the door and walks away. Absolutely awful. Do better.

@tumitravel you are a luggage company. You put zippers in bags and yet, I send you my bag to get fixed and you tell me that you can’t fix it. This is what you do! What a disappointment. I am in the travel industry and I will be sure to let everyone know not to buy your products.

@Delta then in Atlanta we sat on the runway for an hour and a half. No air conditioning on and it was so hot. No water or any beverage. The captain was making announcements and the volume was so low no one could hear. Yall need to do better. @Delta is becoming awful.
@Delta I understand that you can’t predict the weather. However, you can respect your paying customers. I sat on a plane for 6 hours while we got diverted to Birmingham. We sat and refueled with no air conditioning on and was not even offered a bottle of water or anything!
