Paramedic students @UWEBristol took part in a series of immersive simulations today, working in partnership with @AvonFireRescue & @BristolUni. Participants faced a multi-vehicle road traffic collision; traumatic cardiac arrest caused by burns; & 'crush injuries' in a warehouse.
Paramedic, nursing, physician associate & medical students from @UWEBristol & @BristolUni teamed up for #OperationOffDuty, which provided workshops & simulations, enabling them to learn how to safely manage clinical emergencies in the capacity of βoff-dutyβ professionals.
