Artists can be terrible at managing assets, and often disappear for random reasons.
If your client has tech issues for whatever reason, you've left them with nothing, source files give a second chance.
If an arrangement breaks down, they are stuck or get it re-rigged from scratch

Vtuber riggers are vulnerable to de-skilling, and the arguments on Twitter for not giving your clients source files is great evidence for this.
If your livelihood is built on secret sauce parameters, you're showing that you're vulnerable to reverse engineering + templating

2. If a coder only handed in executables, they'd be fired. If an animator only handed over .obj/.fbx files, they'd also be fired

Saw The Mandalorian and Grogu with my dad, not as dire as critics make it sound.
While It felt like an amalgamation of 3-4 episodes, it had everything I want in a sci-fi adventure film. Palace Cinemas has too many ads at the start of sessions though, it was at least 20 minutes!

In an attempt to reuse an old glue stick, I've created the worst looking glue by adding water and applying heat.
If I'd come across a video about leaving water in the tube first, I'd have done that instead. Once it cools down it should work anyway

Yeah vertical cylinders will be weak due to shearing forces, but they are shearing way too easily.
Might try to reprint at an angle, as a horizontal print will need an annoying support, and be less round

It might be the layer where it stops printing the main object, so maybe a temp change?

Spent the morning fixing a corrupted Audacity project.
.aup3 files are just sql databases, each row is 5 seconds of audio data.

Spent too much time last evening trying to find why ctrl+h in the VSCode Power sends ctrl+backspace instead of backspace. Normal Powershell didn't do it, neither did any other terminals.
Had to set a custom setting in Keyboard Manager, but now I can't use it for anything else

Just using my 800w microwave's defrost mode on 3-4 minutes cycles, and it's cool seeing the balls change from a dark brown to an orange.

Started recharging the desiccant my friend had in the AMS, and it works!
So far it's dropped the humidity from 38% to 20% with just one box replaced.
Was honestly expecting I'd mess it up somehow #3dprinting
