@Uber_Support What’s going on?? What happened to my conversation with “Angela” in your app?? Why do you make it impossible to challenge behaviour like this? I want my money back AND an explanation for my treatment and your failure to investigate and respond. I’m really not happy
@Uber_Support You will see my “conversation “ with your rep. Why was this so slow it was unworkable? I have other things to do rather than wait over 30 mins for a reply. Is it to frustrate the process for challenging cancellation fees?
