@greateranglia @greateranglia no point. I get it’s a stressful time on your staff, but maybe just pass feedback along? They need to remember we don’t work for GA or Network Rail so we are unaware of these things and we’re only asking politely and whether we will get home

@greateranglia currently at Chelmsford and need to get back to Colchester. Asked station staff. said it’ll be along in X minutes. the minutes keep increasing. I asked if replacement bus services will be called and they curtly and rudely said “we didn’t know this was gonna happen”
